I. Product Overview

The S9 series is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the national standards GB 1094 for power transformers and GB/T 6451 for three-phase oil-immersed power transformers.

It utilizes high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, oxygen-free copper windings, and a fully sealed oil-immersed structure. Key indicators such as loss, temperature rise, insulation, and short-circuit withstand capability are comprehensively optimized. Compared to traditional models, no-load loss and load loss are significantly reduced, resulting in greatly improved energy efficiency and operational stability. It meets the requirements for long-term continuous heavy-load conditions and is suitable for indoor, outdoor, and prefabricated substation installations.

The core uses high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a fully oblique joint and non-perforated stacked structure, effectively reducing no-load loss and no-load current. The windings are made of oxygen-free copper wire, which has high conductivity, low heat generation, and even lower load loss, significantly reducing electricity costs over long-term operation.

2. Strong Insulation & High Reliability

The winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical/spiral structure with uniform ampere-turn distribution, ample insulation margin, and strong short-circuit withstand capability. The entire transformer body is vacuum dried and vacuum oil-filled, ensuring stable insulation performance, moisture resistance, and aging resistance, extending the overall service life.

3. Fully Sealed & Maintenance-Free

The corrugated oil tank features a fully sealed structure, completely isolating the transformer oil from air to prevent moisture and oxidation. The corrugated sheets combine heat dissipation and expansion functions, and are equipped with pressure relief valves, oil temperature and level monitoring, and other protective devices, requiring no oil changes and minimizing maintenance throughout its lifespan.

The transformer oil combines insulation and efficient cooling, working with corrugated heat sinks/radiators to achieve natural convection heat dissipation. This results in excellent temperature rise control, allowing it to withstand short-term overloads and load fluctuations, adapting to harsh operating conditions and extreme ambient temperatures.
